- Knowledge of the agricultural regions of Jalisco, the Bajío, and surrounding states.
- Passion for the sales and marketing of agricultural plastics and related products.
- Disciplined in personal conduct and time management.
- Capable of planning weekly and monthly work activities to achieve sales goals agreed upon with the Commercial Management team.
- Willingness to travel within the Western region and subsequently to other states to prospect and conduct field visits to promote products.
- Professional appearance, all genders welcome, positive attitude toward challenges, and a drive to excel.
Experience
- 26 years of age or older; some experience with agricultural plastics is preferred.
