Brainware Assistance S.C. was founded in the city of Querétaro, Mexico, in June 1999. Its founders are Mexican by birth, and at some point in their professional careers, they all held high-responsibility positions in Human Resources.

For over 23 years, Brainware Assistance S.C. has been dedicated to the design, coordination, and marketing of numerous educational programs offered to the business community in this region—known as Workshops, Seminars, and Diploma Courses—in collaboration with recognized institutions such as the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), Universidad del Valle de México (UVM) Querétaro Campus, Universidad Anáhuac, Tecnológico de Monterrey (ITESM) Querétaro and Peru Campuses, and the Mexican Chamber of the Construction Industry (CMIC) Querétaro Delegation.
